There's some things I think you must do every day (or at least start trying) to do to be happy. I thought about the things I do every day (or try to do) that make my life just a bit more enjoyable, even on the shittiest of days. None of them take much, only a desire to have a little happiness in the everyday. These 10 things, when done on a regular basis, will become a grounding and a foundation that will allow you to feel "okay" even when you're struggling.
1. Eat Breakfast - I don't care if you hate breakfast (which is blasphemy!), no one can have a good day if they don't fuel up. You'll have major brain fog, empty belly, and under-fueled body. Yo need a nourishing breakfast to set you day in good forward motion! I like a good mix of carbs, fats, and protein, like a bowl of quinoa flakes, some nuts or nut butter, and fruit!
2. Write Something - It can be anything! Even just a line in a journal. Just write something by hand every day. I'm still going strong with my Q&A a day, 5 year journal!
3. Move - You need to move your body every day. That might mean an actual workout, or just some stretching before bed. Maybe even a walk mid-day to clear your head and stimulate your muscles. Your beautiful body was meant to move, not sit hunched over all day in sadness!
4. Hug Someone (even if just yourself!) - I may dare say I'd take a hug over coffee. (Okay...maybe a few hugs). But really, there is nothing like an embrace. Since I don't have access to loved ones at the moment, I can only hug myself, but that's okay! Just wrap your arms around your body and squeeze! The human touch is so powerful and instantly makes you feel "okay". Everyone deserves a hug every day. (If we ever meet, I give you full permission to give me a hug! I LOVE hugs!)
5. Floss Your Teeth - Am I the only one who gets such satisfaction from flossing my teeth? I'll admit, some days I do for get, but flossing really an essential mood booster for me! Not only will you be making your dentist happy, but you'll feel good too! There's nothing like some nice clean teeth! (If you hate flossing, buy a flavor you love! For me, my floss must be cinnamon!)
6. Take 5 Deep Breaths Of Fresh Air - Don't trap yourself inside all day. Even if just for these 5 breaths, go outside and get some fresh air. Take 5 truly deep filling breaths. Suck in the lovely air to fill up your lungs, let it out, and repeat. Breathing in stale stagnant air all day will make you stale and stagnant. Refresh by breathing outside for a bit!
7. Accomplish One Task On The "To-Do List" - As long as you accomplish just one thing during your day, it was a day well spent. It can be the smallest thing, even if it's just sending that one email or washing the toilet. Just one simple thing to cross of the list. It will feel good.
8. Sit For A Few Minutes With Just Your Thoughts - I would never be able to get through the day if I didn't allow myself to just sit in silence with my thoughts. I do this multiple times throughout the day, but I need it and I've learned to really embrace it. I am very easily overly stimulated with the noise of the world stuck in my head and chest. I need to take a few minutes every so often to just be.
9. Feel The Ground As You Walk - I learned this one in my stress management class this semester. We are always in a rush to go-go-go. When we walk, we don't just walk, but are probably going as fast as possible and doing other things while we're walking. (If I had a dollar for the amount of texting-while-walking people who almost crash into me every day...). I challenge you to be mindful when you walk. Actually feel your feet hitting the ground, heel-toe. It feels good, it makes you aware of your own being and that you are a living person on this Earth.
10. Wake Early, Sleep Early (consistently!) - There is nothing worse than being exhausted from lack of sleep or from a non-existent sleep schedule. You need to go to sleep at a reasonable hour and wake at the same time every day (yes...even on weekends!). Plus, when you wake-up early and don't hit the snooze, I'm telling you, your day will feel much longer, better, and brighter! (You don't have to wake at 4:15 like me, but early enough to give yourself time to be at peace before the hustle of the day begins.)
So tell me:
+ Do you have any "musts" that you do to cultivate happiness each day?
+ Have you ever walked mindfully? We actually had to walk around our classroom, in our socks, for 30 minutes in silence...mindfully, when we were discussing this in class! I actually really enjoy feeling the ground as I walk.

Just poking around the blog and I love this post! Is it weird that #5 (flossing) resonates with me the most?... I CANNOT go to bed at night or leave my dorm in the morning without flossing... It just feels wrong! 😛
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Flossing is the best 😉 It makes me feel good AND smile...not just to show off those pearly whites 😉
Melissa French, The More With Less Mom
I think that sitting for a quiet moment is super important, and super hard as a mom. Thanks for posting. Hello from Best of the Weekend.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
It can be hard, but if we can find just a few short minutes, it can make all the difference!
Alex
I have such a hard time with consistent journalling 🙁 But I am really good with this to-do list stuff, because I usually get 2-3 done 😉 As far as movement goes, it depends on the day, but the minimum is walking my son to and from kindergarten, I try to be good at sneaking them in, like I am one of those crazy people that take the real stairs instead of escalator or lift. And now I am tired and shall go to sleep. Before midnight, because if I go after, I never sleep well, if at all.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
I don't have a journal, but I try to write something by hand every day! Even if just a list!
Walking with you son is perfect AND you can use that time to FEEL the ground!
Sherry
Great inspiration. I need to work on some of these.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Thanks!
Erlene
I need to work on eating breakfast regularly and a better sleeping schedule at the moment. I do like to take time to be in peace after all the kids are in bed. It's kind of like my time to relax.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Breakfast is SO important!
Cydnee/Tampa Cake Girl
I agree with you 100%! Great reminders of what we know we should do everyday.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Just some things to help bring happiness!
Heidi Nicole @ run.around.aroo
Spot on...!
But I'd add "hug someone...especially yourself". There's nothing like a hug from a friend to get you out of a funk so a self-hug should do the same, sort of, right?!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
That's what I said! If you don't have a loved one near by, give yourself a squeeze!
Heaven
Wonderful list! I can identify with loving a lot of them even if I'm not very consistent with them. But I do eat breakfast every day! I would have to add something, though. You've got to be able to laugh at least once a day. It's like spreading sunshine all around you. Fortunately, I have two toddlers that keep me in stitches quite a lot. Pinning and following!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
I bet they give you a lot to laugh about AND smile about....AND all the hugs 😉 XOXO
Crystal
You had me through number 8! Getting up early makes me angry -like, talk to me and you die angry.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
That means you need to go to bed earlier 😉
Gail Akeman
Yes I really should eat breakfast more often.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Why wouldn't you!?
Katherines Corner
Thank you for sharing this terrific list at the Thursday Favorite Things blog hop. Watch for your feature on Monday. xo
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Thank you Katherine!
LaMesha
I really need to work on doing more of #9 everyday. I am definitely a texter/walker. Great list. Found your blog on sharefest.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Feeling the ground and mindfully walking WILL change you and your everyday!
Bain
Drink more water. I'm amazed at just how much of a difference being well-hydrated makes, especially when the afternoon rolls around. That means instead of soda with lunch, something truly hydrating--water with a flavoring like maybe Nuun, or a slice of fruit. I still have my morning coffee, of course!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Yes! I almost added that, but it's too common of one that we all hear 😉 I'm a huge drinker anyway! 100oz is a minimum for me! I need my fluids to survive!!!
Jen
I do most of those. I think the things that I have to add in there are to meditate and read - even if it's just 20 minutes.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Reading, yes, which I'm working so hard to bring back in to my life!
Heather
I agree with flossing. I am obsessed with flossing! Good for the gums. Good for the heart! Still working on the breakfast part...
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Haha, floss after breakfast 😉 Make it a ritual!
Alysia from My Domestic Dish
This is a great list and one that I should take some stock in. I do a lot of these things, although Id on't make sure it's a conscious decision every day. Saw you on SITS 🙂
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Each day just try your best! XOXO
Samantha Bacon
Really fab list. Thanks!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Thanks!
kimmythevegan
I adore this post. Especially because I do most of these already and it made me feel really good =) I thought I was the only one who flossed every night before bed ;p Happy to hear there are fellow flossers out there!
My husband jokes about my enjoyment of handwritten notes when it would be quicker and easier to put them in my phone. I love handwritten notes!
I need to feel the ground while walking though - that's a great one!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Flossing is so underrated 😉 We should all do it more! It never fails to leave me feeling GOOD!
NO WAY! I hate using my phone...that's why I don't text. It takes to long! Writing is so much quicker and easier!
And yes! Really feel it with each step. It's strange, but amazing!
Amy @ Ms. Toody Goo Shoes
Great list! Agree with all of them!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Thanks!
All that's Jas
You speak very wisely for your young age! I'm guilty of #3 and I giggled at your description - hunched over in sadness. Thanks for linking up with Thursday Favorite Things. XO
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Hahaha! Thank you so much love!
Runwright
I agree with every item on this list.
Sure, I can survive a few days without eating breakfast and slogging through the day but I find I have much better days when I consistently wake up early, get an early workout, eat a good breakfast, spend time in prayer, do something I've been planning and write something down and get a good nights rest.
I would also add "Read something - a verse from fhe Bible, a passage from a motivational book, a few pages of a great book, whatever. "
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Yup! I agree! You should read something other than something from a screen!
Jenny @ Unremarkable Files
I don't know if I'll ever reach the pinnacle of daily flossing, but I can say that I took 5 deep breaths as instructed while loading the groceries into the car and it felt great! Can't wait for warmer weather.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
5 breaths of fresh air, it's so satisfying!
Kate Rigby (@mrsdiggerhound)
Excellent post, gets you thinking. I don't really have any must dos every day but I'm definitely give it a go. Actually I always give my dogs a good old cuddle everyday which always helps my mood. But I am definitely going to give some of these a go.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
I'm sure you have a bunch! They're just so ingrained you don't realize!
Kristy as Giftie Etcetera
I need to go outside every day. It's easy to miss that and it makes me sad.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Thankfully the weather is warming and that will only entice you more!
Jess Paterson
I love this list - I do most of them but fail woefully at numbers 8 and 9 - thanks for inspiring me to incorporate them into every day. I can't believe you wake up at 4.15am! Impressive! #wineddownwednesdays
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Haha, every day is a new day to try at all of these! XOXO
Kristy @ Southern In Law
Almost all of these things are on my must do list every day! I am so with you on walking mindfully - there are few things more relaxing than that!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
I know! I absolutely love it!
Michele
Hello, Love your post. Passing along to my daughter who teaches Elementary Art. And pinning:) I'm celiac too. New follow:)
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Cool! Thanks Michele.
Alyssa
Oh my goodness I need to do some of these things more that I don't do! Inspiring post! Thank you!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Every day is an opportunity to start!
Melanie Greenhalgh
I love this post. It is simple and doable. The one that will challenge me is sleep! Gotta go to bed earlier. I love the mindfulness walking - I encourage the kids to take their shoes off and walk on the earth. Our best moments are when we are walking barefoot at our caravan and on the beach. Truly feels like the negative energy leaves and positive energy gets to flow properly. Awesome work. Mel xx
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Thank you! O there is nothing else like walking barefoot on the beach! So soothing! (If the sand isn't too hot 😉 Haha!)
Amy Ngai
When you take a look at the list it really doesn't take that long to do those things. It's so sad to think that we can't even find the time to do these simple things that will make the biggest difference on us. Thanks for sharing the list. Found you on #GetYourShineThursday Blog Hop.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
That's why it's important for me to do them! They are simple and make such a difference!
christina
I love the idea of being mindful as you walk. Feel the ground as you walk...I really am going to try it. Also love that line, lol *tweeting*
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
It really can put you in a much better mood!
Shauna
I'm reading the book, "The Happiness Project," and one thing I've pulled from it thus far is that research shows that if you hug someone for at LEAST 6 seconds, it produces more endorphins making you happier. So keep hugging and try to make them last at least 6 seconds! 🙂
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
I didn't read the Happiness Project, but I'm reading her "second" book, Happier At Home, right now!!!
Hugs should be numerous and very long! I hate fast "fake" hugs!
Shauna
I will definitely have to read that one next! I'm really learning a lot of things that I can implement into my daily life!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
And I need to read the first one!
Harriet Emily
What a great list, Rebecca! I definitely agree with the sitting with your thoughts, I feel so much better after some daily meditation, or simply spending a few moments sat out in the sunshine!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Yes! Just some personal quiet time to recollect!
Kersten @fitandtasty180.com
Sleep is so important! I've had some serious sleep issues is the past (and sometimes still do!) and I try to do my best to get some good sleep every night. Without proper sleep, my next day is totally ruined.
Yes, and being outside at least 30 minutes a day is so important!
Have a great Wednesday!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
I need my sleep! Why would you purposely make you day harder by forcing yourself to stay up late, etc.....just baffling!
Anna DeLuna
Amen girlfriend! A lot of these are spot on. I love that you said "one thing" on your to-do list. So often we forget that accomplishing one thing on our to-do list is a HUGE accomplishment to be proud of! It's a great thing. Thanks for this sweet reminder. And the intentional walk idea. It's true - we often forget to just be present in whatever moment we have been put into. Even if we are just sitting at our desks - recognizing where we are and what we're feeling is a huge thing. Thanks for this hon!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
If I do just on thing, I know the day wouldn't have been in vain!
I love intentional walking! It's amazing! XOXO
Dori
Such a simple and yet thought provoking post. I love it! i also have a few things I must do everyday.
1. Have "me" time. Even if it's only 30 minutes in the morning with a cup of coffee before the circus begins.
2. Drink at least 2 (3 if I can) cups of green tea. It just makes me feel healthy.
3. Read...something...anythig for at least 30 minutes.
4. Hug someone...totally support this and agree!
5. Say I love you to my husband, my kids..and even my dog!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
1. That's why I love waking up so early!
2. I always have to have my tea during the day and my essential peppermint tea right before bed!
3. Blogging has taken away that wonderful thing 🙁 I'm trying to get back at it!
4. It's the best!
5. I can't wait to be able to SAY it to my family in just a few weeks!
Rachel @ Athletic Avocado
love this!!! breakfast is essential!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Total feel-good part of any day 😉
Michelle
I love this post & I will definitely try 9 out! I MUST eat breakfast every day - it has always been my favorite meal and I don't know how anyone functions without it!! Also, thank you for your stuffed pepper recipe from yesterday - that is on my must try list and I will be making it this weekend for me & my stepson - he said 'Drool!!'! Another must that I do is cook at home every night, we are not take out people. But, I have go to meals during the work week and so I save fun, new recipes (like your peppers!) for the weekends. Weekends are always a switch up! But, they also always start with breakfast!!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
#9 is one of my favorites 🙂
Same! How can you not eat breakfast! I would just pass-out! Hahahaha!
O my goodness! Thank you! Please let me know how they turn out! Take pictures 😉
I cook all my own meals (can't do it all though here in my dorm), but cooking at home in my normal life is my passion so I must do it every day!
Natalie @ our parallel connection
This is such a simple post but has hit me hard. I love love love No.4 and have done that today. It made me feel great and also the person who hugged me. I would have never thought of no. 9 but completely understand it.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Thank you so much love! I'm glad it resonated with you! Hugging simply is such a beautiful thing! I wish I could hug everyone (almost) 😉
Lacey Charrene
Haha! Nice list! I have my own list. I was surprised that flossing made anyone's list. You must be married to a dentist or something? Haha just kidding. My top item would be prayer and Bible reading. I couldn't get through a day without those. I so enjoy and find happiness in most of these. I need to work on that #10 though. #laceyslegacy
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Haha, no I'm 18 and unmarried....in college...and STILL like to floss! It's an instant mood booster!
I think a lot of people struggle with #10, but it surly makes a HUGE difference!
Kristen
Awesome post! Minus the flossing thing. I hate flossing! Also, anyone who doesn't like breakfast is no friend of mine so I'm glad we're on the same page about this 🙂
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Well.....at least you love breakfast 😉 That may just rank higher in importance than the flossing 😉 Hahahahaha!
Angie
Great list! There were things I wasn't expecting on here, and I don't think I'm being mindful when I walk that's for sure. As for the flossing! Yay you!!! As a Dental Hygienist, I approve this message!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
There are so many common ones we hear...like eat healthy, workout, blah blah blah, but I wanted to list the more "interesting" ones I do!
Hahaha! Flossing = #1 😉
Samantha Bender
I really need to make sure I'm incorporating all of these into my daily routine. I think I'll start tonight with sleeping early!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Yes, Samantha! Let me know how it goes 😉
Emily
I am trying (TRYING!) to get a better sleep schedule. I feel so wonderful when I get up early and have an hour or more before the kiddos get up. I just cannot get myself to bed early enough...
Good ideas on this list. I agree with fresh air and move...just need to get better at flossing.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
When you feel that way, try getting to bed a bit earlier! Even just a half hour can make a difference!
Haha, I still forget to floss EVERY day, but I feel so good when I do!
Jaime
These are awesome! I agree with all of them. I NEED to wake up early to feel happy. If I'm not up by 5:00 a.m., I feel like I've wasted the day, because who knows when my daughter will wake up. It gives me time to drink coffee, read my Bible, exercise, and maybe get a little blog work done!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Yes, yes, yes! Why waste perfect moments if life when all is still peaceful and quiet!? The early morning is such a wonderful time! XOXO
Kate
These tips are great. I do most of them and have for years. I recently stopped the sleep schedule. With blogging and working (plus mommy duty), I've been staying up late and waking early. I can definitely feel the difference. As for when I was on the schedule, you really don't hit the snooze button...best thing ever is to wake up refreshed and ready to go. I miss it! lol!
Thanks for sharing on the Wake Up Wednesday link party!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
I know it's hard, but my sleep is so important to me! It does feel SO good to wake-up NOT tired and to go to bed before you get over-tired!
Stephanie
I definitely do all of these things now (not so much when living in the desert where "outside" was synonymous with "miserable").
One thing I do every day too is take time to pay attention to my dogs. It's hard to be down when you have two pairs of loving brown eyes looking at you, thankful just simply that you exist.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
So many people have said that about their pets! I do hope to have a dog again some day....they really are a mood booster!
Natalie Heather
I love this post more than I can express! I struggle with depression and anxiety, and I think keeping a consistent (and healthy) schedule will help me manage both better. I have definitely heard that hugs, movement, and a feeling of accomplishment are all good things for it.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Yes!!!! Thank you so much Natalie and I'm so glad this resonated with you! All these things help me with those same problems. It can be hard, but trying to keep these things in my every day really does help! XOXO
Farrah
Realistically speaking, #10 will probably never happen for me, but I like the other ones! Eating, moving, and writing definitely make my life better! 😛 (+ hugs are wonderful!)
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
You may just be that special case! But you're doing something so important too! Taking care of others!!!!!!
Jamaica King | rarax3.com
There are many things on this list that I don't do that I should.
Thanks for sharing!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
I hope you can implement a few!
Rachel @ My Urban Oven
Great list! I love #4! A good hug can put you in such a good mood 🙂 One that is on my list is to consciously Smile (at a stranger). It always feels great to not only smile, but to think about smiling when you might not be. Smiling at a stranger and getting a smile back, that is heart warming. You never know if you just made their bad day just a little brighter. Smiles are like yawns, contagious!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
O I know! When a stranger smiles at me...it's weird...but it can make me feel good!
Natalie @ Feasting on Fruit
I like #4 the most!!! Yes, I am a hugger 🙂
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
I LIVE for hugs...really I think they are the best human form of affection!
Lacey @ Runs and Roses
This is a wonderful list! And such simple ideas too, I agree with every single one! 🙂
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Thanks Lacey!
Pam @ Hodge Podge Moments
I do a few of these and a few others I am trying to implement into my daily routine. I do feel best when I do a lot of these consistently. Great list!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
It's all about making them easy habits!
Georgie
This is lovely! Simple, do-able things that make such a difference in making everyday special.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
That's why I love these! All so real and do-able!
Jessica @ Nutritioulicious
Great post and reminders. I try to do yoga a couple of times a week to slow down myself. Flossing is a must in my book too!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Flossing is the weirdest most wonderful thing! But it works!
Malia @ Small Town Girl
Wonderful list! Words to live by. I do most of these already, which is why I'm probably a pretty happy girl, but I love the one about feeling the ground! I always try to slow down when I'm rushing but it's hard when there isn't something to focus on. I will try this next time. Sharing on my facebook page 🙂
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Even just for a little trip to the car! Really, just take a moment to feel the ground, it's amazing! And thank you! XOXO
Pascha
Inspiring post. I need to start eating breakfast!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Yes! It is an essential to life!
Ellen Oliveira
Love this list. I managed to do all of these today but one.. I have socks on!!! I need to get my butt outside. Thanks for sharing, this is a great reminder. It's the little things.
Young Love Mommy
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Yes! Get some fresh Spring air!
Linda @ Veganosity
This is good advice Rebecca. Something that I do everyday is to take a few minutes to admire the beauty of nature. I watch the birds, take in the landscape, look at the sky.... Those things help me realize how blessed I am to be a part of this amazing world.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Yes! When we stop to take in the untouched beauty, we realize what a blessing it is to be living!
Sam @ PancakeWarriors
Love the idea or walking mindfully! I should share this with my sister (she is a stomper - drives me crazy). I love to "feel the ground" in yoga - it's so grounding! Great list Rebecca!!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Feeling the ground really helps me feel "real". Hard to describe, but it let's me know I am alive!
Holly
This is a good list. People should really slow down and not rush through life.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Even if just for a few moments each day to check in with yourself!
Chelsey
HAHA FLOSS! I agree...maybe because I grew up as a dentist as a father, but LOVE flossing...and maybe more than once a day! Great list!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Sometimes I do it more than once too! I can't stand having something stuck in my teeth!
Hannah @ CleanEatingVeggieGirl
YES to flossing your teeth!! I went through a phase (mostly in high school and college) where I rarely flossed my teeth. Then I started getting cavities (imagine that), and have flossed every night since!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
I seriously get the weirdest enjoyment from it! hahahaha!
Michele @ paleorunningmomma
These are all great, and things I do every day for myself, or at least try to 🙂 I would also add to the hug someone one, to tell the people in your life how much you love them!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
That too 😉 I hope I can HUG my loved ones SOON!
Meghan
I wish I could be better at eating breakfast, but I can't stand the sight/smell of food until I am up for 3 hours or so!
Getting one thing on the to do list done, absolutely! My home list is a mile long so I am aiming for three things today.
Connecting with friends daily is really important to me, even a quick hello. My college roommates and I have had daily email chains running for years so we always know what's going on with each other.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Since I wake-up at 4:15, I usually don't eat until sometime during the 6 o'clock hour! But It's still breakfast!
That's sweet to stay connected! Keeping social with friends is great!
GiGi Eats
Eating breakfast is NOT on my to-do list... Unless you count me eating at 11am/12pm breakfast? ha ha. I just cannot stomach it.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
When do you wake-up!?
GiGi Eats
Any time between 5 am & 7 am!
Emily @My Healthyish Life
I think spending some time outside is SO important. Something I do every day 🙂
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
I need the fresh air every day!
jess O'Neill (Meddows)
I can't agree more with every one of these. I've always been someone who loves daily exercise, but I'd go one further (and I know you'd agree!) and add that yoga needs to be the form of movement I do daily. There are plenty of days where I tell myself I'm too busy and I don't do it, but I notice when I do make the time, how happy it makes me and how grateful I am afterwards that I've taken the time to do it. 🙂
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Really, I think it can be any movement that makes you feel good! I don't think it has to be yoga! I don't do yoga movements every day!
