One more week :O How is summer over? I’m pretty sure I’ll be in denial for a long time. The summer months just move way too quickly. It’s not like that much changes the rest of the year; you go back to school, it gets cold and gloomy, but otherwise, it’s just all about mindset. At least we all have that perk up of joy that comes with the holidays, but then we’re in it for the long-haul again during those deep winter months. But I’m getting ahead of myself! There is still some summer love left!
So packing will “really” start this weekend so I don’t have to worry about too much during my last week at home. When I go to look at it, I really don’t have much to do, so nothing will be too taxing. Just a few more things I need to pick up at the store (like ink for my printer…why is ink so expensive by the way?). It’s all under control! Bare with me the next few weeks as things get settled, but this space should remain constant and I’ve been staying ahead of editing photos, etc. I’ll finally be getting back to posting some non-recipe posts again now that the summer break is over. I have a ton of new Freedom Features to share and other celiac/allergy posts I’ve been wanting to give you all!
Enjoy these final days of August and don’t forget, summer isn’t over until September 22nd! Happy Friday, happy weekend, and happy Friday Finisher reading!
