Ingredients
- 1 ½ Cups Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup Crispy Brown Rice Cereal
- ½ Cup Pure Pumpkin Puree
- ⅓ Cup Hulled Hemp Seeds
- ¼ Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- ¼ Cup Granulated Sweetener
- 2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 Tsp Maple Extract (or Pure Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Combine all ingredients, except the pumpkin puree, in a large mixing bowl, and stir.
- Now mix in the pumpkin puree and stir well until all of the granola is coated and slightly wet.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a Silpat, evenly spread the granola out.
- Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 20-30 minutes, until the granola is golden brown. DO NOT STIR.
- Remove, let cool, and then toss the granola (this will create clusters!)
- Store the granola in an airtight jar or container for up to 4 weeks.

Never say no to a handful of gluten-free granola (as long as those oats are certified!)...make it pumpkin and everyone is sold!
