  • 1 LB of Fresh Raw Asparagus


  • 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
  • ¼ Tsp Black Pepper
  • Salt


  1. Rinse and dry your asparagus. Cut or snap off the bottom hard woody stem.
  2. Toss your trimmed asparagus in a bowl with your choice of seasonings.
  3. Place about half the asparagus in a single layer with plenty of breathing room in your air fryer basket (you may need to do more or fewer batches depending on the size of your air fryer and the amount you are making).
  4. Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook the asparagus for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Time will vary depending on the thickness of your asparagus and desired level of crispiness.


Thin asparagus is recommended for this crispy recipe.

Seasonings: These are suggestions. You can use any seasonings you'd like, in the amounts you'd like. Adjust everything to taste.

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container or bag in the fridge for about 7 days.

Freeze in a Ziplock freezer bag for 8-9 months.

Reheat from the fridge by tossing your asparagus back into the air fryer and fry at 375°F for about 4-5 minutes. From the freezer, you can add them frozen to the air fryer and fry at 375°F for 6-8 minutes, toss halfway through if they were frozen together.
