Crispy Air Fryer Baby Potatoes

These Air Fryer Baby Potatoes are super crispy on the outside, soft and creamy on the inside! They are so easy to make, just baby potatoes and your favorite seasonings to flavor them up! You can have this oil-free and healthy side dish ready in less than 20 minutes! Naturally gluten-free, vegan, and paleo, these potatoes will be a hit!





  1. Rinse, dry, and slice your baby potatoes in half.
  2. Add them to a bowl along with your choice of seasonings and toss well to fully coat.
  3. Add the seasoned potatoes to your air fryer basket and set the air fryer to 400°F for 10 minutes.
  4. After 10 minutes remove the basket, shake the potatoes around, and return the basket to your air fryer.
  5. Air fry the potatoes again for 7-10 minutes or until they are evenly crisp and golden brown.
  6. Remove and serve right away, hot, crispy, and delicious!
