Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

Crispy and tender Brussels sprouts made in the air fryer! These easy Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts are a perfect healthy side dish you can make in minutes! Made without oil and seasoned how you want, beautifully crispy roasted outside and soft tender inside for one delicious bite! Turn even the pickiest of eaters into a Brussels sprout lover with this recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Whole Raw Brussels Sprouts

Seasonings:*

  • ½ Tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ Tsp Onion Powder
  • ¼ Tsp Black Pepper
  • Salt
  • 2-3 Tsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Rinse and dry your Brussels sprouts. Snip off any hard stems and tarnished outer leaves before cutting the sprouts in half and adding them to a bowl.
  2. Add your chosen seasonings and flavorings to the bowl of Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer with plenty of breathing room in your air fryer basket (you may need to do more batches depending on the size of your air fryer).
  4. Set the air fryer to 400°F to preheat and cook the sprouts for 7-10 minutes before shaking the basket halfway through and cooking for an additional 5-8 minutes depending on how crispy you want your sprouts.

Notes

Seasonings: These are suggestions. You can use any seasonings you'd like, in the amounts you'd like. Adjust everything to taste and see blog post for additional ideas.

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container or bag in the fridge for about 7 days.

Freeze in a Ziplock freezer bag for 4 months.

Reheat from the fridge by tossing your sprouts back into the air fryer at 375°F for about 4-5 minutes. From the freezer, you can add them frozen to the air fryer and fry at 375°F for 7-8 minutes, toss and shake halfway through.
