Apple Cinnamon Quinoa Flakes

- ⅓ Cup Quinoa Flakes
- ¾ Cup Water
- ¼ Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 1 TB Vanilla Protein Powder
- ½ Tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ Tsp Allspice
- ⅛ Tsp Ginger
- ⅛ Tsp Nutmeg
- Fresh Apple Slices (to top)
- Place all dry ingredients into a microwave safe bowl and stir.
- Add the water and applesauce and stir to combine.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Remove and garnish with the apple slices and extra cinnamon is desired!
