Ingredients
  • ⅓ Cup Quinoa Flakes
  • ¾ Cup Water
  • ¼ Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 1 TB Vanilla Protein Powder
  • ½ Tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ Tsp Allspice
  • ⅛ Tsp Ginger
  • ⅛ Tsp Nutmeg
  • Fresh Apple Slices (to top)
Instructions
  1. Place all dry ingredients into a microwave safe bowl and stir.
  2. Add the water and applesauce and stir to combine.
  3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Remove and garnish with the apple slices and extra cinnamon is desired!
