  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients on the list up to the candy canes. Give it a good mix to form your dough.
  3. In a plastic bag, crush 2 candy canes, add them to the batter, and mix to incorporate.
  4. Line a baking sheet with a Silpat or good parchment and begin to form about 1 TB balls of dough.
  5. Roll these in your hands, form a log shape and then bend one end to make a cane shape and place on the baking sheet.
  6. Now crush 1 more candy canes and sprinkle them over the cookies.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes, remove, crush and sprinkle on the last candy cane. Let cool before removing from the sheet.
