  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Bake the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet according to package directions (about 26-28 mins).
  3. Thaw the packets of sauce under warm water and set aside.
  4. In a large pot, boil the noodles on the stove for about 8 minutes, drain, and set aside.
  5. In the same pot, heat the tablespoon of oil over medium high heat, add the carrot, snow peas, onion, garlic, and ginger.
  6. Saute until the veggies begin to soften, then add the noodles, optional chili paste, brown sugar, and coconut aminos.
  7. Saute and stir everything together for about 5 minutes.
  8. Once the salmon is cooked, first plate the noodles, top with a fillet of salmon, and drizzle on the garlic & brown sugar sauce, as desired.
