The easiest slow cooker pumpkin butter to make this autumn and winter season! Nothing can be more cozy than thick, sweet, dreamy aromas and tastes of perfectly spiced and sweetened pumpkin butter! No need to roast your own pumpkin for this gluten-free, vegan, paleo, and allergy-free crock-pot recipe either!
  1. In a standard slow cooker add all the ingredients and mix.
  2. Cover the slow cooker and cook on high for 2 hours, giving it a mix once or twice during that period.
  3. Let cool before storing in glass jars for 3-4 weeks.
*To make "low-sugar" dark brown sugar, add about 2 tsp of molasses to ½ cup erythritol and mix.
