The classic American cookie now with a gluten-free, vegan, grain-free, & sugar-free recipe! These healthy 3-Ingredient Old-Fashioned Peanut Butter Cookies are so quick & easy to make and taste just like grandma's!
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, peanut flour, and erythritol until throughly combined.
  3. Roll 12 balls (about 1-2 table spoon size) in your palms, flatten them just a bit, and space them out evenly on a Silpat or parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Make simple cross/lines with the back of a fork on the tops of each cookie.
  5. Bake the cookies for 8 minutes.
  6. Remove and let cool. Store in an airtight container (these are very delicate!)
