A healthy & delicious meatless recipe that will have you forgetting about the meat! Pulled BBQ Jackfruit Sandwiches with Tahini Slaw that are gluten-free, vegan, & top-8 allergy-free! Great for a quick & easy plant-based weeknight dinner!
  1. In a large seasoned cast iron skillet, add all the bbq jackfruit ingredients except the bbq sauce to heat over medium high heat for about 10 minutes.
  2. Pour on the bbq sauce and take 2 forks to shred up the jackfruit and mix everything around with the sauce.
  3. To make the tahini slaw, simply mix together all slaw ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  4. To serve, slice your gluten-free buns/bread, place the pulled bbq jackfruit down first, then top with some of the tahini slaw before closing up the sandwiches.
