Easy like 1, 2, 3! 3-Ingredient Maple Tahini Freezer Fudge that's gluten-free, vegan, paleo, and top-8 allergy-free! A creamy and delicious no-bake dessert recipe with just dark chocolate, sesame tahini, and pure maple syrup! Give it as a gift or keep it in the freezer for a sweet tooth satisfying snack!
  1. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a greased, microwave-safe bowl, in the microwave at 30 second intervals.
  2. Once melted add the tahini and maple syrup to the melted chocolate. Mix well to combine until thick.
  3. Press the thick mixture in a wax paper lined baking dish (I used a 4x8 pan).
  4. Place wax paper over the top of the fudge and press down to smooth.
  5. Place the covered fudge in the freezer to harden (about 1 hour) before slicing (I cut about 15 squares).
  6. Store in the freezer. Take the fudge out about 4-5 minutes before eating.
