Moving right along with another week! I hope it treated you well! If not, might I suggest you make some cinnamon glazed pumpkin doughnuts? πŸ˜‰ I have absolutely nothing of great interest to update you on, so I'll keep this intro short and sweet! However, I think I may have found the perfect place to go apple/pumpkin/fall producing picking love! I'll let you know if I end up going this weekend...finger crossed! (Then I can make loads of applesauce!)

    I don't agree with the gluten sensitivity article at all. It's done a lot of damage to my body & led to malabsorption. You should read this article. It's a good explanation of the gluten sensitivity - hormone relationship by a doctor. http://www.coreonehealth.com/gluten-sensitivity-and-female-hormones

    Awesome links, as usual! I loved the one about labeling. I've never been a fan, especially in the public school system. This kids a genius, let's put him in the Quest program, this kid has ADD, let's pull him out of class twice a day, etc,. We're all individuals, pure and simple.

    And PInterest got it right. That's my dream home. πŸ˜‰

Seriously that first donut smoothie (spelled the correct way I might add ;)) and those pumpkin seed clusters and that caramel-y oatmeal and plenty of potatoes...I think I could live off of this weeks recipes!!! I also just started another free month trial of Netflix (i'm cheap, they offered another month lol) so I will defiantly be exploring that list too πŸ™‚ Happy Friday!!
