How has this first week of 2017 been treating you? I hope you're getting off to a great start (but not too much pressure!) I still feel like everyone is in holiday mode, but I'm guessing another week nd we'll be back to the normal grind. I still have 2 weeks of winter break left so I'll be soaking that up!
We're looking at another heavy workload next semester...including a statistics class :O If I was able to (just) survive chemistry, maybe there's hope? Let's hope 2017 will bring some unexpected good "math vibes" my way! Until then...I'll just block that from my mind until it starts! You, my dear friends, have some Friday Finisher reading to do! Happy weekend! xoxo

That animal-free dairy milk gives me the shivers...and not the good kind! It's definitely a good cause, but I'd rather just ditch the dairy all together.

It was one of the easiest things to ditch dairy! So simple!

I remember Stats in college, I thought the beginning was incredibly easy then by the end I was like WTF is going on, and I'm even a math person?!? So I hope you have a bit better of an experience! I've only ever tried the buffalo cauliflower, those kung pao and sweet and sour recipes look delicious!
