Can we talk coffee for a minute? Yes? Okay! This week has been all about a venti dark roast. Black and strong! Really, I can't get enough of that rich deep bitter flavor (plus some English Toffee Stevia!). But the thing is, I drink this sitting down at a desk while reading blogs before class starts every morning. Then I go to the bathroom (drinking that has got to make you pee!) before class starts. When I get up I almost trip and fall and can't walk straight! That caffeine is killer! It really messes with body peace and stability, haha! If I had to take a sobriety test...it would not be good! 20oz of caffeine in my little body is a lot to handle 😉 And then a few hours later my stomach is on fire (reflux is not happy. Reason why I stopped drinking it for so long!), but hey, we have to choose our battles and I'd like to keep coffee as one of them 😛
Second thing...NATIONAL PANCAKE DAY! That's right my friends! It is national pancake day this very Friday! I really hope you make some of these or these or these 😉 Sadly, I don't have time this morning to make them, but this weekend I will. And they will most likely be of the purple variety 😉

A few things I loved about my week or am grateful for:
+ Excited and nervous! I am going to try out a class at a yoga studio tomorrow! Wish me luck and you know I will be telling you all about it next week!
+ I'm going to be grateful for something that will hopefully be coming...80 degree weather again! Woohoo! Let's cross our fingers my phone isn't lying! Plus I love the fact that in college it is socially acceptable to use an umbrella 🙂 Yay adulthood!
+ I also have to be grateful for my family, life, and love. Everywhere and every day no matter what. Never take that for granted!

+ Does caffeine totally wreak your body like it does me? I'm going to lay off this week and stick to tea. My tummy needs a break!
+ Apples are a godly fruit. They are my #1 favorite fruit and one of my top 3 favorite foods. What's your favorite type of apple? Mine is the Fuji! It's perfectly crisp, sweet, and tart! But the other day I randomly had (what I thought would be) a boring old Macintosh (which I haven't had in years!) and it was soooooo good! Gotta love them all I guess 😉
