Well this week started a new school year! 5 classes, 15 credits, this semester, but finally all classes that are essential to my major. This was what kids term "syllabus week" and adding/dropping classes occurs. It's also the week where you feel completely stressed out and all over the place, trying to figure out the new routine and how much time each class is really going to require. It usually gets easier (I hope!) and I'm just trying to say positive and not think to much about all the papers I'll have to write (weekly!)
I still can't believe the summer is over! It just started, didn't it? Fall semester always goes by faster than Spring, so I'll just keep my sights on winter break now, hopefully it will come soon, haha! I'm looking to do a few more "summer" things before the official end of summer in 2 weeks...I'll hold on to every moment I can before the cold weather comes and sun disappears! Cheers to the weekend, gluten-free friends!

I'm glad you get to take classes that are actually essential to your major now! That was the best part of upper division courses-I loved em' all once I was finally done with all the basic sciences and such! :]!
Looking forward to seeing you at the expo next month if you happen to be going on Sunday! (I'm working a 24 hour shift from Saturday to Sunday. :'(! )
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
No, I only go Saturday (the day you're supposed to go!!!)

Great link list - as always, Rebecca! I enjoyed the post about "being behind" because lately I've been comparing myself with everyone and feeling behind in lots of situations. I would know it better, but it's just really hard to stop comparing. And I really liked the post about bursting out of the bubble and living in the word. While it's such a good idea to add people on social media that have different opinions, I actually had to remove or hide people from my fb feed that are too different. I just don't want to see a whole pig roasting over a campfire or anything motorcycle-thingy bores me to death. I actually felt that, seeing those posts didn't help me at all and it made me sad and angry. I love my bubble 😀
In the real world, I often have to talk to people who are completely different than me, so I want at least not be confronted with them on social media. Does that sound too mean?! lol
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
I loved that being behind concept! So so true!
Haha, no, not mean! Choose what you want to fill yourself with...it's YOUR life!

It's so satisfying when classes start feeling more "relevant."
Blessings to you!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Yes, satisfying sure is the way to describe it!
