Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Not with the right resources!
Andrea B.
I'm not Celiac but have gone mostly gluten-free in recent months because I feel so much better off of it. So I'm looking for pasta alternatives, and love this idea of the chickpea pasta. I'll have to check it out.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
That is the best pasta, hands down, for anyone, every where!
Jess @hellotofit
This is a unique gift compilation! Love it 🙂 Great ideas, too.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Thanks Jess!
Nikki Frank-Hamilton
This is a great list. I'm not celiac but I am gluten free. I have an auto immune disease and gluten makes things so much worse. I just found a baking mix and I have been going crazy. I was a year without bread, this is a miracle for me. I'm making waffles, crepes, fish and chips, tonight was sausage grave over biscuits. Life without gluten doesn't have to be horrid.
I've never tried the chickpea flour pasta, thanks for the suggestion, I'll be on the lookout for some!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
How could you go a year without bread!? That's silly!
Banza is the best pasta you will ever eat, gluten or not!
Emily @ Recipes to Nourish
Wow, so many great ideas! Love that bread maker, how cool!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
You're gluten-free and you don't have one!?
Karen Grosz
I haven't started gift buying yet. I don't have any celiac's on my list but know several who are going gluten free. Thanks.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Thanks for stopping by Karen.
The Future Mrs. Vines
This is a really great list! I'm not a Celiac, nor do I know anyone, but I have a need to temporarily reduce my gluten intake due to joint inflammation. I actually own an identical spiralizer, but it's marketed another brand name. It's GREAT for hiding veggies in things so I can kick my carb eating fiance's food to the curb.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Everyone should own a real spiralizer! Not one of those cheap hand-held junkie things!
The Future Mrs. Vines
The only hang-up I've got is that the one I own is not dishwasher safe and it's not easy to clean, but the output is totally worth it.
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
You should really only ever have to wipe it off and simple take the blade panel off to clean that!

Thanks for these gift ideas. My daughter just started eating gluten free and this will help me know what to get her for Christmas!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Awesome! I hope you get her something good 😉 Tons of options!
Marla

Vicki Montague - The Free From Fairy
What a fabulous post! Last night we found out that one of my daughter's friends has coeliac disease. His mum came over to talk to me as soon as she found out. Our daughter has been diagnosed for 5 1/2 years so we have become the support for others going through it. It is very tough for people who don't experience it to understand. I have mixed emotions today...sad for the little boy, but happy that they finally know what has been causing him so much pain...and of course a little bit of gladness that my little girl isn't the 'only one' anymore!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
I'm sure they are so thankful they have someone to help them with the learning curve! It's been 7 years for me and I try to help as much as I can (i.e. this blog!)
But I know how you feel about the sad and the happy. But much more to be happy about as he can get healthy and actually feel good and LIVE again!
Farrah

Fantastic list! Many people don't understand that coeliacs need to have their own set of dishes/towels, etc., and I love that you've included a bread maker! Awesome!
Rebecca @ Strength and Sunshine
Totally! And my first Christmas as a celiac, I got my bread machine 😉
Jamie @ Medium Sized Family
