Honey Mustard Pretzel Crusted Chicken

Make your chicken fun and delicious, while still being a healthy option for the family. Chicken coated in honey mustard then rolled in gluten-free pretzel crisps couldn’t be any easier to whip up for a weeknight dinner. Egg-free, dairy-free, nut-free and soy-free as well!

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the pretzels in a large plastic bag and smash/crush them either with something heavy like a rolling pin or your fist! Pour out the crushed pretzels on a plate and set aside.
  3. Now apply the honey mustard to the chicken tenders, coating them completely with your hands, then dipping and rolling them in the crushed pretzels.
  4. Place the coated chicken tenders in a greased baking pan, pour any extra pretzels on top, and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
