Your best game-day recipe for Spicy Thai Red Curry Chicken Drumsticks! Bring the heat and flavor in a healthy, gluten-free, and paleo way that will keep the crowd cheering for more than just the winning touchdown!




  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix together all the sauce ingredients. Fully coat the chicken drumsticks with the sauce.
  3. On an oven-safe rack or a baking dish with a homemade foil rack** (to let the grease fall) evenly space out the drumsticks.
  4. Bake the drumsticks in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.


*This recipe can be easily increased to suit the amount of people you're feeding!
**I didn't have a good rack to use so I twisted up some foil into stable cylinders and placed them in the bottom of a baking dish for make a "rack" to lay the drumsticks on.
