Spicy and tamed with a little sweetness! Sriracha Honey Mustard Salmon that’s gluten-free, paleo, rich, and super flavorful! This recipe is an easy way to amp up the flavor and bring a healthy meal to the dinner table in a flash!
Guys, this recipe! I’ve been trying to get this posted for months now. Originally created and shot back in 2015 with some scary photos, it was put in line for a reshoot. Every time I had salmon, I just never felt like making THIS salmon or I ended up with a fillet that was just not pretty enough for a shoot. I just kept forgetting about it, pushing it back, until finally…here we are. There’s no denying that salmon is the fish to live by. The “ultimate” in seafood perfection. Any way to top it, flavor it, or cook it, you’re going to be pleased with the results.
I’ve always loved honey mustard on my salmon. I usually do honey mustard and dried basil, bake, and eat. But, sometimes we can elevate the humble mustard and introduce a bit of a spicy kick! Why not everyone’s favorite hot sauce, Sriracha! To play off the spicy I swapped out the basil with some oregano. Super easy to make and super yummy to eat! I get asked all the time what my favorite gluten-free honey mustard is and I’ve cycled through a bunch, but that one that’s been my favorite over the past year or so has been this one. It really is smooth and delicious like the bottle says 😉 Buttery salmon + spicy Sriracha + smooth honey mustard = dinner perfection!
Sriracha Honey Mustard Salmon

- Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is done and flakes apart easily.
- Drizzle on more Sriracha and oregano and serve with rice and veggies if desired.
Salmon for days! I think salmon is the easiest fish to cook. It’s easy to tell when it’s cooked and if you happen to over cook it, it’s pretty forgiving. I honestly like overcooked salmon tastes better anyway! When I’m cooking for just myself…that’s the way I go, intentionally! Now that this little salmon has its place on the blog, I hope you take this flavor combo inspiration and make a delicious Sriracha Honey Mustard Salmon dinner tonight!
