You know those “Eat This, Not That!” books, right? When I was younger and would go to the library, I would always seek them out in the stacks! I loved looking through them and thought they were always so “fun” and fascinating! I loved all the different editions they had. I didn’t look through them for the nutritional info (I was young and couldn’t care less), but I liked to look for the familiar products I ate or had seen before and what would be swapped with that or vise versa. It’s been years since I’ve gotten my hands on one, but I thought it would be a fun idea to do my own “gluten-free” edition!
