It feels weird posting on a Saturday, but gotta do it for the ReDux! I am actually super excited to finally share this AWESOME recipe with you (if you can even call it that). When I saw this months theme, I knew this would be the perfect recipe to share. I am craving this recipe as we speak, but of course…I am living in a dorm and I can’t exactly whip out the slow cooker.

Feast you eyes on this one kids! A recent food memory to be thankful for. This glorious chicken was the star of the show for the last dinner I made for my family before I left home.
