Hey Friends! How was your weekend? To fast I’m sure, I know mine was, but it was also nice and relaxing. On Saturday I made an absolutely incredible breakfast with my favorite quinoa flakes. I’ll be sharing the recipe later! Here is an Instagram sneak-peak!
After I actually sat myself down and read a good chunk of my book that I have had for over a month. What happened to the girl who read 2 books a week? I just can’t find the time right now and it is really making me sad 🙁 I went to work at the library, held off checking out another book until I finish this one, came home and did tons of homework, went grocery shopping, planned so many recipes for the blog (which I am so excited to share with you later this week and next!), watched last week’s episode of the Walking Dead, dinner, and then my Saturday night yoga session which was very much enjoyed and welcomed. Yoga always puts a smile on my face.
O and I also made a really easy and light Peach Smoothie on Saturday. I haven’t put peaches in my smoothies is quiet a while because the last time I did, it just tasted…well…bad.
