Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Cups Broccoli Florets

Seasonings:*

  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse and thoroughly dry your raw broccoli before cutting small to medium-sized florets.
  2. Toss the broccoli with your chosen seasonings in a bowl to coat. Add a teaspoon or two of oil here, if desired.
  3. Place the broccoli in a single layer, with plenty of breathing room, in your air fryer basket (you may need to do more batches depending on the size of your air fryer).
  4. Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook the broccoli for 6-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. The longer you air fry the broccoli, the crispier it will get.

Notes

Seasonings: These are suggestions. You can use any seasonings you'd like, in the amounts you'd like. Adjust everything to taste.

If using frozen broccoli florets, add them directly to the air fryer, do not thaw. Add seasonings at the halfway point when you shake the basket.

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container or bag in the fridge for about 7 days.

Freeze in a Ziplock freezer bag for 8-9 months.

Reheat from the fridge by tossing your broccoli back into the air fryer and fry at 375°F for about 4-5 minutes. From the freezer, you can add it frozen to the air fryer and fry at 375°F for 7-8 minutes, toss halfway through if the pieces were frozen together.
