Apple Cinnamon Crumble Doughnuts

All the seasonal flavors of an apple crumble in the form of an easy allergy-friendly baked doughnut! These apple cinnamon crumble doughnuts allow you to take your crumble on the go without the need for a fork or spoon! A healthy gluten-free, nut-free, vegan, and paleo breakfast or dessert recipe!




  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the doughnut ingredients. Mix well to form batter and then pour evenly into 6 doughnut pan molds.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, roughly crush the freeze-dried apple and cinnamon together. Then sprinkle this mixture evenly over the tops of the doughnuts.
  4. Bake the doughnuts for 13 minutes. Allow to cool before removing and enjoying!
