Apple Cinnamon Granola

An easy apple cinnamon granola full of the classic flavor combination! Perfect for breakfast or snacking all season long while keeping things healthy, gluten-free, and vegan!




  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, millet, apple, cinnamon, nutmeg, hemp, and flax, then give it a good stir. Next add all the wet ingredients (apple sauce, vanilla, and stevia), give it another good mix so everything is evenly coated.
  3. Using a Silpat or line a baking sheet with foil and lightly wipe some oil or non-stick spray down. Then evenly spread the granola on the sheet for equal baking.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  5. Allow it to cool completely before you store it in am air tight container. Enjoy!
