  1. Microwave the Minute Ready To Serve Red Quinoa & Brown Rice with Garlic Cup according to package directions.
  2. In a small bowl mix together the tahini and buffalo sauce until combined.
  3. Lay the wrap on a plate and spread the buffalo tahini mixture over the wrap.
  4. On one side of the wrap, layer on the entire quinoa and rice cup, then all the romaine and carrots.
  5. Tightly roll up the wrap (like sushi). You can either wrap the rolled up wrap in plastic wrap for transport, foil for freezing, or just devour on the spot!
