- 1 Cup Homemade Gluten-Free Oat Flour
- 1/2 Cup Arrowroot Starch
- 2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Cup Raisins
- 1/3 Cup Erythritol
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Pure Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients, adding the applesauce last, and mixing until you have a thick cookie batter.
- On a baking sheet lined with a Silpat or parchment paper, place 2 tablespoon sized cookies evenly spaced out (about 14-16 cookies total).
