Chewy Gluten-Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies (Allergy-Free, Vegan)

Your favorite “healthy” cookies, now gluten-free, allergy-free, and vegan! These Chewy Gluten-Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies are an easy dessert recipe to bake up any day of the week when the craving for a sweet snack hits!




  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients, adding the applesauce last, and mixing until you have a thick cookie batter.
  3. On a baking sheet lined with a Silpat or parchment paper, place 2 tablespoon sized cookies evenly spaced out (about 14-16 cookies total).
  4. Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes. Remove and let cool.
