A healthy breakfast indulgence to power you up for the day! Chocolate peanut buckwheat cereal is a hot, creamy, protein-packed, decadent, gluten-free and vegan recipe you can whip up right in the microwave!
In a microwave safe bowl, combine the buckwheat cereal, peanut flour, cocoa powder, stevia, cinnamon and 3/4 cup of water, stir to combine.
Cover the bowl with a paper towel and microwave on high for 90 seconds. Stir, and microwave again for another 60-90 seconds.
Remove the bowl carefully (it is really hot!), add in the extra 1/4 cup water. Stir until you get that creamy perfect porridge and top with chocolate chips and peanut butter!
