  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flours, baking powder, and granulated sweetener. Mix together.
  3. Add the mashed ripe bananas, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix again to form a smooth bread batter.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 8x4 loaf pan, smoothing out the top.
  5. Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, until a tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove, let cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container or freeze for later by slicing the bread and wrapping each piece individually.

For nut-free gluten-free baking mix: Use 1 Cup
For high protein gluten-free baking mix: Use 1 Cup (preferred method)
For grain-free/paleo bread swap all flours: Use 2 Cups
