In a microwave safe bowl, combine the buckwheat cereal, cocoa powder, cinnamon and ยพ cup of water, stir to combine.
Cover the bowl with a paper towel and microwave on high for 90 seconds. Stir, and microwave again for another 60-90 seconds.
Remove the bowl carefully (it is really hot!), add in the extra 2 tablespoons (or more) of water. Stir, then stir in the coconut butter and sprinkle the top with the shredded coconut!
