Golden Kiwi Muffins

Take a trip “down under” to the Gold Coast with this Golden Kiwi Muffin recipe. Sweet gold kiwifruit with macadamia milk combine to make these moist, succulent, gluten-free and vegan muffins a perfect breakfast destination!




  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, scoop out the kiwi flesh and mash up until you get a smooth texture.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed kiwi with all the other ingredients. Stir together until you get a nice smooth muffin batter.
  4. Line a medium muffin pan with 12 liners and fill each liner with 3 TB of batter.
  5. Bake the muffins for 20 minutes, remove and allow to cool.
  6. Serve warm, cold, with your favorite nut butter, coconut butter, maybe even some chocolate stevia syrup. Enjoy!
