Jamaican Jerk Chicken

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, zest and all 4 Limes. Then add the rest of spices and herbs and whisk together.
  3. Then place the Chicken breasts into the bowl to coat. Pour everything in a plastic bag (or leave in the bowl, covered) and let marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. Pour the Chicken and mixture into a baking dish and bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
