  1. In a microwave safe bowl combine the quinoa flakes, cinnamon, and cocoa powder, stir.
  2. Mash up you banana until it is a puree and add that, plus the water and extract to the bowl and stir to combine well.
  3. Place the bowl in the microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove and top with banana slices and cinnamon.
