Triple Chocolate Brownie Chunk Ice Cream Sundae (Gluten-Free, Vegan)

A devilishly decadent dessert recipe for when you just need chocolate! Triple Chocolate Brownie Chunk Ice Cream Sundaes that are gluten-free, vegan, and allergy-free! Chocolate frozen dessert with soft brownie chunks and a homemade magic chocolate shell!




  1. Allow the ice cream to soften a bit before adding it to a large bowl.
  2. Cut the cocoa loco chewy bars into small chunks and mix them into the ice cream.
  3. Place the ice cream in the bowl back in the freezer to refreeze (30 minutes to 1 hour) while you make the magic shell.
  4. In a microwave safe bowl, add the mega chunks and coconut oil.
  5. Microwave in 30 second intervals until melted and the chocolate mixture is easily mixed to a liquid state.
  6. Serve the ice cream in bowls, pour some of the magic shell on top to harden over the ice cream and add sprinkles if desired.
