A super simple and easy recipe for Vegan Broccoli Salad! This classic Southern side dish is a must for all your cookouts, potlucks, and picnics! Just 8 ingredients, this healthier vegetarian broccoli salad is gluten-free, allergy-free, no-cook, and can be whipped up in 10 minutes!




  1. Chop your broccoli and dice your red onion before adding them along with the sunflower seeds, coconut bacon, and raisins to a large serving bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the vegan mayo, vinegar, and sweetener (adjust to taste), before pouring over the broccoli salad.
  3. Toss the salad together so everything is coated in the mayo dressing. Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
