A favorite side dish at any summer bbq or cookout! The Classic American Coleslaw, now made gluten-free, vegan, and top 8 allergy-free! A super easy recipe to whip up ahead of time, served chilled as is, or even use it as a topping in a sandwich!

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded veggies, mayo, vinegar, sweetener, and pepper.
  2. Mix well to fully coat and combine.
  3. Chill in the fridge before serving.

Notes

You can alternatively use a 14ox bag of pre-shredded green cabbage and carrot slaw mix with 4oz of pre-shredded red cabbage. (These bags can typically be found by the bagged salads in your grocery's produce department).
