Grease a waffle iron and allow to heat as you prep the waffle batter.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients (optional add-ins) and mix together to form a smooth batter.
Once the waffle iron is heated, pour the batter in and allow to cook as per your waffle iron instructions.
Remove the finished waffle and let cool on a wire rack before wrapping in wax paper and storing in a large plastic bag to freeze. (Repeat process for the amount of waffles you'd like.)
