  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients.
  3. Now add the prepared “egg” replacer, applesauce, milk, and vanilla. Mix to combine for a thick brownie batter.
  4. Spread the batter evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking pan, smoothing out the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Remove and allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares (12 large or 16 small).

Notes

*For an alternative “egg” you can make a classic flax egg with 1 TB of milled flax seed, combined with 3 TB of water.
