  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together all the dry loaf ingredients to combine. Then add the wet loaf ingredients and mix well to form a smooth, thick batter.
  3. In a greased 8×4 loaf pan, pour in your batter and smooth out the top.
  4. Bake the loaf in the oven for 25 minutes, remove and let cool.
  5. For the frosting, simply allow the cream cheese to soften (you can microwave it for 30 seconds or so), and mix it together with the rest of the frosting ingredients.
  6. Once the loaf is cool, pour the frosting over the top of the loaf before slicing and serving.
