- 1/2 Cup Teff Flour
- 2 Tsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Flax Egg (1 TB Milled Flax Seed + 3 TB Water, mixed together to gel)
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Maple Extract
- 1/4 Cup Water
- Toppings:
- Pure Maple Cream
- Pure Maple Sugar
- Pure Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Grease and heat your mini waffle iron while you prep the batter.
- In a mixing bowl combine all the waffle ingredients and stir to combine a smooth batter.
- Pour half the batter on the heated waffle iron and let cook. Once done, remove and repeat for the other half of the batter.
- Top your mini waffles with pure maple cream, a sprinkle of pure maple sugar, and a drizzle of pure maple syrup!

*This is the Mini Waffle Maker I use, however, a standard waffle maker may work as well, but will yield one large waffle.
