  1. Make sure your bread slices are defrosted/soft and roll them lightly with a rolling pin to stretch them as large as possible.
  2. On one slice, spread on sunflower seed butter and then spread on the jelly.
  3. Place the other bread slice on the sandwich and use your cutter to “cut and seal” the sandwich.
  4. Remove excess crust carefully and serve, wrap in plastic wrap, or prepare to freeze for later use.
