Homemade Gluten-Free Graham Crackers (Allergy-Free, Vegan)

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well and knead to form a tough dough.
  3. Roll out the dough between 2 Silpats or parchment paper to 1/4 inch thickness.
  4. Cut out about 20-24 squares (using a pizza cutter works great!) and add two lines of small hole marks with the prongs of a fork on each of the squares.
  5. Sprinkles the squares with more cinnamon and erythritol.
  6. Bake the squares on a lined baking sheet for 18-20 minutes. Remove and let cool.
