  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice your 18 mini bagels in half, for a total of 34 “pizzas”, and place them, cut side up, on a parchment paper or Silpat lined baking sheet.
  3. Put your prepared sauce in a bowl and your cheese in another bowl.
  4. Take a spoon and dab on some sauce to the bagel halves and then sprinkle with a pinch of cheese shreds, placing the finished bagel halves back on the baking sheet.
  5. Now bake the pizza bagel bites in the preheated oven for 4-5 minutes, just until the cheese melts and the bagel becomes toasted.
  6. Remove and enjoy or cool completely before storing/freezing.

Notes

*I like Daiya or So Delicious allergy-free mozzarella shreds.
