Korean BBQ Salmon Stir-Fry

A quick & easy meal for one that's ready in 10 minutes or less! A Korean BBQ Salmon Stir-Fry that's a perfect, healthy, gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free, dairy-free, egg-free, allergy-friendly lunch or dinner recipe when you're on a tight schedule!




  1. Microwave the brown rice and quinoa cup according to directions.
  2. In a non-stick saute pan, add the heated rice, chopped veggies, salmon pouch, and additional spices.
  3. Mix and heat the stir-fry over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes until the veggies a just getting tender.
  4. Serve right away with additional sesame seeds or store in a container and bring it on the go!
