Mini Mint Chocolate Brownies (Gluten-Free, Vegan, Allergy-Free)

Mini Mint Chocolate Brownies for when you need a little bite of something sweet and refreshing! This little dessert recipe is gluten-free, vegan, and allergy-free! Naturally sweetened for a healthy chocolate fix!




  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix together the brownie batter ingredients until smooth.
  3. Grease or line with parchment paper an 8x8 baking pan and pour in the batter. Smooth out evenly in the pan.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the green mint topping, mix well, and sprinkles over the top of the brownie batter.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until a tooth pick comes out clean from the center.
  6. Let cool before slicing into 16 small squares.
