  1. In a blender, combine the soaked kasha with the non-dairy milk, apple cider, cinnamon, and allspice. Blend until you get your desired consistency. I leave mine a little “chunkier”. Add more liquid if need be as well.
  2. Pour the blended porridge in a bowl and top with the cranberry sauce, orange slices, more raw kasha, and freeze-dried apple.

Notes

*You can also use whole buckwheat if you can’t find kasha.
