Ingredients

A variety of LÄRABAR Flavors (1 bar = 2 cupcakes)
A Batch of Homemade Sugar-Free Vegan Marshmallow Fluff
Additional Toppings:
Sprinkles
Shredded Coconut
Fresh Berries/Fruit
Chocolate Chips
Freeze-Dried Fruit

Instructions

Cut strips of parchment or wax paper and lay the strips in the molds of a mini muffin pan.
Choose your bars and break them in half. Mold each half into each mini muffin indent.
Once molded to shape, remove by lifting the parchment strips off the pan.
Top each cupcake with a dollop of fluff and add additional toppings to your liking.
